Cancellation Policy
To cancel your tour and receive a full refund, please call us toll-free at 602-367-8819 at least 48 hours before your tour’s scheduled start time. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date. If you experience an unforeseen event that prevents you from attending your tour, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We offer free re-booking and name change services in cases of extenuating circumstances. For safety reasons, we do not permit pregnant guests on our off-road tours. We do offer on-road tour alternatives; please call us for more information and availability. The total amount for your tour will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Our tours operate in all weather conditions, provided it is safe to do so. In the event of severe weather, Cyber Desert Tours reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tour to ensure safety. Should we need to cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund. Occasionally, tour times may be adjusted slightly; you will be notified in advance if any changes occur. Cyber Desert Tours require at least 2 guests and maximum of 4 per tour.
